Fat loss tip: cut down on meat

Cutting down on meat can massively aid weight loss and cut down fat. You don’t have to cut meat out completely, but try eating it just once or twice a week and you will 100% see the difference.

Great alternatives rich in protein include: Cauldron marinated tofu pieces, Cauldron sausages, Quorn, Quinoa, pulses, and egg.
